Booking and cancellation policy
This policy covers studio recording sessions and the Done-For-You Podcast.
Reschedule free, up to 24 hours before
You can reschedule your session for free up to 24 hours before your start time, once per booking, into any open slot in the next 90 days. Reply to your confirmation email or contact info@axeom.com.
Cancellations
We hold the room, camera setup and operator for your session. When you cancel late, that slot usually cannot be refilled.

| 48 hours or more before | Full refund to your original payment method. |
| 24 to 48 hours before | Full amount as studio credit, good for 90 days. |
| Inside 24 hours, or no-show | 50% as studio credit, good for 90 days. |
Running late
Your session ends at its booked end time regardless of when you arrive. If you are running behind, message us and we will do what we can with the time left.
If something goes wrong on our side
If we cancel or cannot deliver the session as booked, you get a full refund plus your pick of the next open slot. If a technical failure on our side costs you recording time, we replace that time free.
Delivery
Edited deliverables arrive within 7 business days of your session unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.
