- Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, business name and any details you share when you book, message us or fill out a form.
- Booking and payment information. Bookings and payments are handled by our booking provider and its payment processor. We receive confirmation of your booking and payment, but we do not store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically. Your browser type, device, pages visited, referring site and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Recordings. Audio, video and images captured during your studio session.

- To schedule, run and deliver your session and any editing you purchase.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including on platforms such as Meta and Google.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

By booking a session, you give Axeom permission to use footage, clips, photos and feedback from your session as testimonials and marketing content. That includes our ads, website and social media. You can revoke this permission at any time by emailing info@axeom.com, and we will stop using your content in new marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by emailing info@axeom.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
